Radnor is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to join our New York team. The role of the Operations & Logistics Manager will be diverse, ranging from managing our Sales teams, to overseeing the studio/showrooms, as well as working closely with our Radnor Made production teams on all day-to-day client order needs.
The Operations & Logistics Manager is a highly-motivated individual, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. They have an eagerness to jump in where needed and can contribute to the fast pace strategic growth of the Radnor brand. Working out of our Brooklyn based studio, the Operations & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and running of the studio. We are seeking an individual who has worked in $5-10 million revenue companies.
Duties:
Provide Leadership and management of sales team. Oversee and act as primary support for sales team. Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio and showrooms as delegated by Radnor Administrative team to ensure optimal client experience and brand aesthetic standards. Maintain and manage weekly calendar and filing systems.
Work directly with clients when needed on client orders. (shipping + customer service)
Cultivating, documenting and maintaining sales support relationships. (shippers, fabricators, and support consultants)
Liaise directly with Radnor Represented designers to maintain our representation relationships. Coordinate and host vendor studio visits for product reviews in tandem with the sales team.
Work with owner to develop new systems and protocols to generate efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
Oversee and manage inventory along with any systems for tracking inventory.
Work closely with the Radnor Made production team to support day-to-day order activity and assist where needed as designated by management.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all Radnor Represented and Radnor Made collections, demonstrating a keen knowledge of material and the processes of making through various mediums.
Assist in the management and implementation of and all Radnor events as needed.
Oversee day-to-day management of the website and sales assets. This incudes, but is not limited to, product updates across all platforms (website, tear sheets, POS system).

Experience in management (home furnishings and production management experience is a plus)
Experienced or holds a strong interest in interior design, production design, product development, and graphic design.
The ability to communicate through visual diagrams and technical drawings for analytics is a plus.
The ability to assess and anticipate problems before they arise.
The ability to tackle problems or hurdles by presenting them with already assessed resolutions.
The ability to communicate effectively and lead meetings.
Experience in multi-tasking and complex time management.
Computer skills and experience in MS Office, Google Drive, Adobe Suite, Quickbooks, and POS systems. Netsuite experience is a plus.
